Amir Sarreshtehdary

Amir SarreshtehdaryAmir Sarreshtehdary practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate law. Amir received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, in Criminology, Law & Society, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa Society. He went on to obtain his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and then earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation Law from Golden Gate University, with Honors. Prior to joining TWSG, Amir headed the Estate Planning Department at a large, toxic tort law firm for over 10 years. He has also served for multiple years as the Co-Chair of the Marin County Bar Association’s Probate and Estate Planning Section. He has served as a consultant to the CEB’s (Continuing Education of the Bar) reference guide: California Power of Attorney and Health Care Directives.

For the past several years, he has enjoyed teaching as an Adjunct Professor in the LL.M. in Taxation and LL.M. in Estate Planning Programs at Golden Gate University. He also serves on the Planned Giving Advocacy Committee at his alma mater, St. Ignatius College Preparatory as well as the Advancement Committee at San Domenico School

During his spare time, he discovers new places to eat around the Bay Area, hiking the many trails abound in Marin County, incessantly following his favorite band (Pearl Jam), and needless to say, having fun with his wife and daughter.
