Suzanne C. Farley practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. She graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007, where she was an Executive Board Member of the Santa Clara Law Review, Senior Articles Editor, and she earned an LL.M in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2012.
Ms. Farley focuses on trust and estate planning for ultra-high net wealth clients, with a particular emphasis on family wealth transfers for large estates; trust and estate administrations; IRS audits of estate, gift and GST tax returns; charitable giving; formation and transfer of business entities; and the formation and representation of tax-exempt entities.
