Richard Soroko practices in the areas of securities, finance, real estate and business law. Mr. Soroko graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1978. Mr. Soroko previously served as a Senior Branch Attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He is the author of "An Absolute Right Is Not Absolute Any More: A Director's Right of Access to Corporate Books and Records," Business Law News (Winter 1997). Mr. Soroko is a member of the ABA Partnerships and Unincorporated Business Organizations Committee and the Small Business Committee and is a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.
