Holden Keijer
Holden Keijer is an associate attorney in the firm’s business law practice, focusing on general corporate, partnership, and tax matters.
Before joining the firm, Holden worked as a senior associate at EY and PwC, where he advised private equity firms and multinational corporations on transaction tax planning.
Holden earned his B.A. in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law (formerly UC Hastings), with a concentration in tax law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco, where he serves on the Barristers Tax Executive Committee.
Outside of work, Holden enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and is a classic car enthusiast.
