Russell Stanaland is Of Counsel to the firm and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Russ practices in the areas of tax planning, partnerships, real estate, and business law.  He was an adjunct professor in the LL.M programs at Golden Gate University School of Law and the University of San Francisco School of Law.  He serves as an expert witness in litigation involving tax and trust matters.
